This is book one of the Up in the Air trilogy and I must say having read the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy (by E.L. James) and the two books currently out in the Crossfire Series (by Sylvia Day) this book and series feels very much like a melding of the two with some of its own originality mixed in. Even with that factored in, I still enjoyed the story. The story never seemed to get bogged down and the pacing made it a nice page turner.
